extent to which there is:
- A risk-aware culture as opposed to a risk averse culture at all
levels within the organisation
- Responsibilities for risk are allocated to individuals to
manage
- There are arrangements to ensure appropriate risk management
awareness, knowledge, experience and skills among:
- Governors / Executive members
- Senior management
- Staff
