Alarm Supports the Scouts Association
Thanks to the
generosity of the 2012 Alarm Annual Awards Dinner Guests and the
generosity of the raffle supporters, Simon Davis, Immediate Past
Chairman of Alarm, was delighted to present a cheque of £1,942 to
the 1st Llandysul Scout Group, his nominated Chairman’s
Charity.
Simon made the donation to Group Scout Leader, Marion Bryant
MBE. Marion has been working with the Scouts since 1975 and was
absolutely delighted with the donation. Marion said “This will
make a tremendous difference to us. It couldn’t have come at a
better time. The money will allow us to buy two new tents we
desperately need for our upcoming camp and we can put £1000 towards
our 40th Anniversary celebrations next year.”
