Response to the Ministry of Justice Consultation:
Solving Disputes in the County Court
Further to Alarm's initial activities responding to the Jackson
Review and proposals for reform of civil litigation funding and
costs in England and Wales, Alarm has continued to seek the views
of its members regarding the second phase of this consultation.
As a result a small working group of Alarm members reviewed the
consultation document "Solving Disputes in the County Courts:
Creating a simpler, quicker and more proportionate system". The
Group drafted a response to the consultation questionnaire which
was then circulated to Alarm members via on online survey tool
asking for their input and feedback.
