Alarm Scotland has grown significantly over the years with there
now being in the region of 200 members based in Scotland.
Alarm Scotland is the Scottish element of Alarm National and
upholds all the same principles, and overarching aims and
objectives.
Special Interest
Groups
A new Special Interest Forum has been set up to consider
insurance issues. The group will meet annually to identify
particular issues, which may be taken forward by short term Special
Interest Groups.
Alarm Scotland have initially set
up 2 Special Interest Groups, Best Value in Insurance and Lone
Working. The remit of the Groups are set by the Executive Committee
but is essentially to highlight the relevant risk range and
ultimately pull together a Best Practice template for modification
and use by all our Scottish Members.
