Developed by Alarm in association with Marsh in response to the growing demand across public service organisations for a simple ‘how to’ guide to the management of risk, the Toolkit is designed to provide guidance in the following ways:

The toolkit is designed to provide all the information and supporting templates required to develop, implement and maintain your organisation’s approach to managing risk. The toolkit is an interactive document which provides links to external guidance and further sources of information throughout.

The management of risk principles and processes contained within this toolkit can be applied at the operational level of the organisation, used to improve performance or integrated with strategic planning, projects, programmes and partnerships.
